Beevi for social media managers

Keep the clients.
Lose the production line.

Beevi writes, designs and publishes for every brand on your roster — each in its own voice, from its own workspace. You keep the strategy, the client relationship, and the final no.

We're onboarding 10 agencies this cycle. A founder sets up your first three client brands with you, on a call. Beta pricing, locked in.

Drag to scrub. Every card is the format Beevi ships — caption, cover, aspect ratio, platform-native. Three brands, one week, one operator.

There is no single screen showing all your clients at once — every calendar, approval queue and Compass deck lives inside one client's workspace, and you switch between them. We'd rather you read that here than discover it in week one.

You already know what each of these clients sounds like. That's the job. Beevi's job is the next forty.

LET’S BE DIRECT ABOUT IT

Beevi doesn’t do your job.
It does the part you’d outsource first.

Elsewhere on this site we sell Beevi to business owners as the social media manager they never hired. We’re not going to pretend otherwise on the page you’re reading.

Yours. Permanently.

  • The strategy, and the argument for it
  • The client relationship, and the awkward call
  • The brief, and the taste behind it
  • Every credential the client is actually paying for

Beevi’s. Gladly.

  • 16 captions, written in that client’s voice
  • The covers, the carousel, the reel — on-brand, in the right aspect ratio for each platform
  • The Tuesday 09:41 publish across six platforms
  • The parts of Thursday you have never once enjoyed billing
/01

Hands-off by default.

Switch Compass on for a client and every Sunday Beevi runs a research pass for that brand — trending searches in their field, recent articles, the competitors on their profile, the calendar and its holidays, and what you’ve already covered. Then it builds the week as drafts and waits. You swipe: right to approve, left to kill.

Hands-on when you want it.

Talk to it in the workspace or from Telegram. Send a photo from a client’s shoot, a note from their strategy call, a competitor’s post you want a better answer to. Get the work back finished, on-brand, and still a draft. Or connect Beevi to the ChatGPT or Claude you already use and ask it to “walk my clients and tell me what’s waiting on me.” Beevi has no all-clients screen. That is the closest thing to one.

The thing generic AI can't do

One brief.
Three different answers.

One voice profile per brand.

The brief · sent to all three workspaces
The brief: we’re open on the holiday weekend.

Generic AI · any brand, any Monday

Brief“we’re open on the holiday weekend.”

“We’re excited to announce that we’ll be OPEN this holiday weekend! 🎉 Come visit us and enjoy our amazing offerings. We can’t wait to see you! #openforbusiness #holidayweekend”

Works for nobody. Sounds like everybody.

CL-02

Kin Recovery · in their voice

Brief“we’re open on the holiday weekend.”

“We’re open Monday, normal hours. If you’re coming off a long weekend, take the 07:00 contrast slot — it’s the quietest one and you’ll have the plunge to yourself.”

Voice profile: plain, precise, leads with the client’s problem.

CL-03

Sable & Thorne · in their voice

Brief“we’re open on the holiday weekend.”

“Open all weekend, including Monday, which we will regret. Bar seats first-come, kitchen till 10. The fish comes Saturday, so Sunday is the good one.”

Voice profile: dry, self-deprecating, never uses exclamation marks.

It reads the brand, not the industry.

Point Beevi at the client's website: colours, fonts, tone of voice, the phrases they'd never use. Goals and competitors you set yourself.

You can overrule it in writing.

Brand remarks you type by hand outrank everything Beevi inferred, permanently.

“Never say artisanal. The founder is Ilan, not Ilana.”

It sharpens on your strictest clients.

Correct a caption, save a style: Beevi carries it forward, for that workspace only. Beevi doesn't read likes, reach or impressions back from any platform.

Beta program · 10 agencies

Be one of our first
10 agencies.

Two of the 28.5 hours a client takes each month are the strategy call. The other 26.5 are why you can’t take a fifth. So: a founder sets up your first three client brands with you — voice, palette, styles, approval chain.

Two rows don't move: the strategy call is what they hired you for, and the report stays because Beevi has no analytics and doesn't pretend to. One goes up: reading and approving every draft. The rest is throughput — 25.0 of the 28.5, the reason you can't take a fifth client, and the only thing here a machine can honestly take.

Capacity is what that changes, not your plan: the self-serve tier is $500 a month for 4 client workspaces, unlimited seats and 800 credits — about 95 credits a client month at the volume above. A bigger roster is sized with you on the walkthrough.

Effective hourly on a $2,000 retainer$70 $205
What the plan costs each month$500
Hours back, per client, per month18.75 hrs

This table assumes you can sell the retainers those hours make room for. That's the hard part, and Beevi does not do it for you. What it does is remove the reason you've been turning them down.

Current pricing is on the pricing page; the first ten agencies lock their rate.

Built for people who run several brands they don't own. If you run one brand, start here instead — you want the standard plans.

The fear, said out loud

“My clients will know.”

That’s the right instinct. If your client spots it, you’re spending your reputation, not saving time.

Sourcepress-run-04.jpgYour upload
  1. /01It uses their photos, not stock generation.

Upload the client’s products, their team, their space. Tag one in a prompt with @and Beevi builds the image around the real thing. A print studio’s actual press, not a stock photo of a press. Generated-from-nothing is a choice here, not a default.

  2. /02Their brand system is locked, not suggested.

Colours, fonts, logo placement and saved visual styles are enforced on every asset in that workspace. Same reason your Canva templates work — the variation happens inside the frame, not to the frame.

  3. /03You have a real editor, not a regenerate button.

Every cover opens in a canvas. Move the text, swap the photo, mark a region and tell Beevi what to fix there, then save the result as a template you can reuse on that brand. You are not stuck choosing between four bad outputs.

The first week on a new client brand is Beevi’s worst. Working from a website and whatever you’ve fed it, it will be slightly too formal, or slightly too keen. Judge it on the third — after the brand remarks and two or three corrections.

Not ready for a call?

Because it’s not your account

It publishes nothing
you haven’t approved.

Not “usually”. Not “unless you turn it off”. An unapproved post cannot reach a platform, and no timer ever approves it for you.

One row · one decision · nothing publishes without itA slot that arrives undecided goes overdue, never live. The only ways past this gate are ones you switch on yourself — approval off for that client, or auto-approve for you as the owner.

Flick a card right to approve, left to decline. Arrow keys work too.

Put the client in the chain — or don’t.

Set sign-off once per client: any one approver, everyone, or a strict sequence that can’t skip your step to reach them. A client in the chain needs a seat, and a seat is a login.

They approve from their phone, and they can tell you why.

Approve or decline per platform, leave a comment, @-mention you in it. A daily digest of what’s waiting goes out at an hour you set, in their timezone. Comments come back to you; they don’t rewrite the post. An hour a month, not the three it costs you now.

Why we're building Beevi.

“We built Beevi because we couldn't keep up with our own brand. Showing up consistently, sounding like ourselves, posting often enough to matter — every tool made it a chore and the output never sounded like us.

Then social media managers started using it for brands they didn't own — one had eleven clients in eleven browser tabs and a Notion board holding it together. Workspaces and approval chains came from that.

No agency logos on this page, no case study yet — the agency side is new, which is why we're building it with ten of you, by hand. If you'd rather have our phone numbers than a help desk, this is the moment.”

— Oded + the Beevi team
Before you put a client on it

The questions every agency owner asks.

No. Beevi takes the 20 hours a month of asset production you already wish you could hand to a junior. It can't talk your client out of a bad idea on a Tuesday. If a client could get your result by buying Beevi directly, they could already get it by buying Canva — the reason they pay you is the part Beevi doesn't do.

Not today. You get a grid of brands and you switch between them; every calendar, approval queue and Compass deck is scoped to one client. The closest thing to a roll-up is connecting Beevi to ChatGPT or Claude and asking it to walk the roster and report back. A real cross-client view is on the roadmap, and beta agencies get to shape it.

Six, today, end to end: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You can connect as many accounts as you like on any plan. Google Business Profile and LinkedIn Company Pages are in the build, and the call is where we can give you a date for them.

No. Beevi doesn't read likes, reach or impressions back from any platform. It's a production and publishing system. Your reporting stays where it is, which is why the report row in the table above doesn't move.

Point it at their website and the brand profile comes back the same session, with a free starter batch of four posts and a carousel to react to. Budget an hour of your attention on day one, then a few corrections over the first fortnight. Your first three, we do with you on a call.

Instead of. Those tools give you an empty calendar and make you fill it — the scheduling was never the expensive part. Beevi arrives with the week already written and designed, and publishes it itself.

Nothing does. The same client could buy Canva, hire a junior, or open ChatGPT — the reason they pay you is the part none of those do. What we can tell you is how the account sits: the workspace lives in your organisation and the subscription is yours, so a client you give a seat to is a member of your workspace, not the owner of it. And we don't prospect inside your roster.

Their workspace and its content stay intact and we'll move them out for you — today that's an operation we run by hand rather than a button you press. We're not holding a client's library hostage to your subscription, and you shouldn't sign with anyone who would.

One last thing

The next client you turn down
won't be because they were wrong.

It'll be because you already have five and the week doesn't have the hours.

No commitment. Beta pricing locked in for life. We're taking 10 agencies this cycle.
