No, unused credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Your monthly credit allowance is refreshed in full when your subscription renews. Purchased credit packs, however, are added to your balance and remain available until used.

Yes! You can purchase credit packs of 30, 100, or 200 credits at any time from your billing dashboard. These are one-time purchases that are added to your current balance immediately.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately and gain access to your new plan's features and credits right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

On the free plan you can connect as many social accounts as you like, write and edit posts and covers by hand, schedule and approve them on the calendar, and publish — publishing never costs a credit, so posts you have already scheduled keep going out. What the free plan has no budget for is the AI: it comes with 0 monthly credits, so generating posts, images, carousels or research needs a paid plan or a credit pack. Credit packs can be bought on the free plan too, without subscribing.

Every model is included in every paid plan and draws from the same credit balance, so you can switch between them without separate subscriptions.

Can Beevi generate a video with a character's voice?

Yes. On Seedance models you can attach an audio clip as a reference and the generated character speaks in that voice, lip-synced. Attach it alongside a photo or a video reference — Seedance requires at least one visual reference for the voice to belong to. Veo and Kling generate audio but take no voice input.

Veo 3.1 goes up to 4K and takes up to three reference photos, so it suits short cinematic shots. Seedance 2.5 runs 4 to 30 seconds at 720p and takes up to 30 references — photos, video clips and voice — which makes it the better choice for longer, character-consistent storytelling.
