What happens when I run out of credits?

When your monthly credits are used up, AI actions pause until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. You don't have to wait: buy a credit pack (50 credits for $45, 150 for $130 and 400 for $320) and it's added to your balance as soon as the payment clears.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Your monthly allowance doesn't: it's refreshed in full when your subscription renews, and unused monthly credits don't carry over. Credits you buy do. They're used only after your monthly credits and stay valid for 90 days from purchase, across renewals and even if you cancel.

Can I buy extra credits without upgrading my plan?

Yes, on any plan including Free. Packs are 50 credits for $45, 150 for $130 and 400 for $320, bought once from your billing page. Bigger packs cost less per credit.

Can I add more workspaces without changing plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On any paid plan you can add workspaces for $29 a month each ($278 a year on yearly billing). They share your plan's credits. Adding one is charged pro-rata right away, and removing one credits the unused time to your account, toward your next payment.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately and gain access to your new plan's features and credits right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You'll keep full access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will move to the Free plan. Your data, brand settings, and content are preserved — you can resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.

What's included in the free plan?

The whole publishing side. On the free plan you can connect as many social accounts as you like, write and edit posts and covers by hand, schedule and approve them on the calendar, and publish — publishing never costs a credit, so posts you have already scheduled keep going out. What the free plan has no budget for is the AI: it comes with 0 monthly credits, so generating posts, images, carousels or research needs a paid plan or a credit pack. Credit packs can be bought on the free plan too, without subscribing.

Can I invite team members to my workspace?

Yes! The number of team members depends on your plan. Solopreneur supports 1 member, Growth supports 2, Local Business supports up to 5, and Social Manager and Enterprise plans offer unlimited team seats.

Which AI video models does Beevi include?

Beevi includes Google Veo 3.1 (Fast and Standard), ByteDance Seedance 2.0, 2.0 Fast and 2.5, Kuaishou Kling 3.0 and 3.0 Pro, and Google Gemini Omni and Omni 1.1. Every model is included in every paid plan and draws from the same credit balance, so you can switch between them without separate subscriptions.

Can Beevi generate a video with a character's voice?

Yes. On Seedance models you can attach an audio clip as a reference and the generated character speaks in that voice, lip-synced. Attach it alongside a photo or a video reference — Seedance requires at least one visual reference for the voice to belong to. Veo and Kling generate audio but take no voice input.

Do I pay per model, or is everything included?

Everything is included. One credit balance covers every image and video model, and you can change model mid-project. Cost varies by what you generate rather than which plan you're on — a longer clip or a higher resolution costs more credits, and cheaper models simply spend fewer of them.

What's the difference between Veo and Seedance in Beevi?

Veo 3.1 goes up to 4K and takes up to three reference photos, so it suits short cinematic shots. Seedance 2.5 runs 4 to 30 seconds at 720p and takes up to 30 references — photos, video clips and voice — which makes it the better choice for longer, character-consistent storytelling.
