LinkedIn post preview
See your post on desktop and phone, where see more cuts it, and with your image.
- Free
- No signup
- Stays in your browser
Nothing leaves this browser. LinkedIn folds a post after three lines; the frames fold it the same way. A link card is a different preview: use LinkedIn Post Inspector for that.

We almost closed the shop in March. Then one post changed the month. Here is what we wrote, why it worked, and the three things we would do again tomorrow if we had to start over.

Desktop, phone, and the cut
Both frames show about three lines, then "see more". The phone frame is narrower, so the cut lands earlier. LinkedIn does not publish an exact character count for that fold. Treat the frames as a guide.
An image you add is shown in the frame and is not uploaded. A link card, the preview LinkedIn builds from a URL, is a different tool. Use LinkedIn Post Inspector for that.
Questions people ask
Is there a way to preview a LinkedIn post?
Paste the text and attach an image if you want one. The desktop and phone frames show about three lines, then see more. Nothing is sent to LinkedIn or to Beevi.
Can I preview a LinkedIn post with an image?
Yes. Choose an image. The file stays on this device and appears in both frames. It is not uploaded.
Why won't LinkedIn display a preview of my link?
LinkedIn builds the link card from the page's Open Graph tags, and it caches what it found. If the card is missing or old, paste the URL into LinkedIn Post Inspector, which reads the page again. This page previews text and an image you attach, not a link card.
