The social media scheduling tool that fills its own calendar.

Beevi is an AI social media scheduling tool that fills its own calendar. Instead of waiting for you to write a post and pick a time, it drafts the week, suggests free slots around what you already have booked, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile — each with its own native rewrite and its own status.

7 platforms · Per-platform status · Nothing publishes without your approval

Post to multiple social media at once

Seven platforms, seven different posts

Cross-posting one caption everywhere is why so much social reads like a press release. Beevi fans one approved idea into a post per platform — each rewritten to that platform's length and register, each with its own schedule and its own status.

  • Instagram — Feed posts and carousels
  • Facebook — Page posts
  • LinkedIn — Personal profile and Company Page
  • X — Posts, length-aware
  • TikTok — Video posts
  • YouTube — Shorts and video
  • Google Business Profile — Local updates

Automated social media posting

It picks the slot, you can always move it

Beevi looks at what is already booked and your configured posting days, then proposes times that spread the week out instead of stacking three posts on a Tuesday. Every suggestion is a suggestion — drag it anywhere.

  • Occupancy-aware slots: it fills the gaps rather than piling onto one day
  • Set the days and hours it is allowed to publish in
  • Drag-to-reschedule on a day or week view
  • Queue a whole campaign and it spaces the run across weeks

Social media post scheduling tool

Approve once, per platform

Scheduling and approving are the same moment here. Review the week as a queue, ship what is ready, and send a single weak variant back without holding up the rest of the idea.

  • Approve, edit or send back — per platform, not per post
  • The LinkedIn version can publish while Instagram is still in review
  • Approval digests by email or Telegram, so reviewing needs no login
  • Turn the approval gate off entirely if you would rather it just ran

When something goes wrong

One platform failing does not stop the others

Publishing across seven APIs means one of them will eventually refuse a post. Status is tracked per platform, so a rejected Instagram push is an Instagram problem, not a lost week.

  • Per-platform status: sent, scheduled, failed, awaiting approval
  • Failures retry, then surface in your notifications with the reason
  • The draft stays editable — fix it and requeue without rebuilding the post
  • Reconnect an expired account without touching anything already scheduled

Straight answers

Scheduling questions, answered

What is an AI social media scheduler?

A normal scheduler stores posts you wrote and publishes them at a time you picked. An AI social media scheduler also produces the posts and chooses the timing. Beevi drafts the week from your brand and your market, proposes slots that fit around what is already booked, and waits for you to approve before anything is queued.

Can I post to multiple social media platforms at once?

Yes, to seven: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (personal profile and Company Page), X, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. One approved idea fans out into a separate post per platform, each rewritten for that platform rather than cross-posted verbatim, and each with its own schedule and status.

What happens if one platform fails to publish?

Only that one is affected. Status is tracked per platform, so a failed Instagram push does not hold up the LinkedIn version that already went out. The failure is retried, surfaced in your notifications, and the draft stays editable so you can fix and requeue it.

Does it know the best time to post?

It suggests slots based on your configured posting days and what is already on the calendar, so it will not stack three posts on one Tuesday and leave Thursday empty. You can override any suggestion by dragging the post, and you can set the posting days and hours it is allowed to use.

Can I still schedule a post I wrote myself?

Of course. Write it, drop it on the calendar, done — the automation is opt-in per post, not a mode you are locked into. Most people run a mix: Beevi covers the regular cadence and they add their own posts on top when something happens.

Is there a free social media scheduler tier?

There is a 7-day free trial with no card, which includes scheduling and publishing to the accounts you connect. After that it is a paid plan — the generation work behind the scheduling has a real cost per post, and we would rather charge for it than quietly cap it.

Not sure whether a scheduler is enough for you? Read AI social media manager vs scheduler, which walks through when each one fits.
