The short version

What actually gets automated

Beevi is social media automation for small businesses. It learns your brand, decides what is worth posting each week, writes the copy for every platform, designs the images and carousels, and publishes on schedule to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. You approve; it does the rest.

Most tools automate the publishing step and leave you the work. Here is the whole chain, and who does each part.

Weekly Compass

It decides what to post — and tells you why

This is the part no scheduler has. Every week Beevi researches your market, watches your competitors and the calendar, and turns up with drafts already written — each one carrying the reason it exists. You swipe through and approve. That is the whole job.

It looks

Trends in your industry, what nearby competitors just posted, seasonal and local moments, and the gaps in your own recent output.

It drafts

Copy and cover image for each idea, in your voice and your palette, sized for the platform it is going to.

You decide

Approve, edit, or throw it away. What you keep goes onto the calendar in a free slot; what you reject teaches it.

A real week in a Beevi workspace — three drafts, each with the signal behind it.

AI social media post generator

It writes every platform, not every post

One approved idea becomes a native post per platform — a real rewrite at the right length, in the right register, with its own status. Below is a live feed from four different businesses. A bakery, a roastery, a plant shop and a barber should not sound alike, and they don't.

  • Per-platform status: LinkedIn can publish while Instagram is still in review
  • Video and stills, sized and captioned for the channel they are going to
  • Edit any draft and the correction carries forward into the next one

Day 214 of building Tallyroom on my own. No cofounder, no funding, and — for the first eleven months — no marketing, because writing a post cost me an evening I did not have. That is the part nobody warns you about. The building is the easy half.

It designs the visuals too

Copy without an image is half a post. Beevi generates the cover, keeps your faces and products consistent across shots, and hands you an editor when you want the last five percent.

  • Cover images generated in your palette, sized per platform
  • Avatars: reference sheets that stop a face drifting between images
  • Styles: save a look once, reuse it by name
  • Brand media library — mention any product photo or your logo right in the prompt
  • Animate a still cover into a short video clip

AI carousel generator

It builds carousels slide by slide

Give it a topic and a slide count and it writes the deck — hook, body, close — then designs every slide on brand. Edit any single slide without regenerating the rest.

  • Five to ten slides, written as a sequence rather than five unrelated images
  • Saved templates so every deck looks like it came from the same studio
  • Rewrite or redesign one slide in place
  • Attach a finished deck to a post for LinkedIn or Instagram

Automated social media posting

It posts while you are asleep

Approved work goes into a real calendar and publishes itself across seven platforms. Drag to move it, or let Beevi pick the slot from what is already booked.

  • Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (profile and Company Page), X, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile
  • Occupancy-aware slot suggestions — it will not stack three posts on a Tuesday
  • Drag-to-reschedule on a week or day view
  • A failed platform retries and tells you; the others still go out

More on scheduling

Brand voice AI

It sounds like you, on purpose

This is the part a scheduler structurally cannot do. Beevi keeps a working model of your brand and consults it before it writes anything — so the output is yours rather than a competent stranger's.

  • Identity and tone learned from your site and your existing posts
  • Written guidelines it must respect — words to avoid, claims never to make
  • A long-term memory of product details, angles and phrasings you have taught it
  • Palette and typography that flow into every generated design

You stay in charge

Nothing ships without your yes

Autonomy that you cannot stop is not a feature, it is a liability. Every draft waits for a human, and the approval is per platform so one weak variant does not hold up the rest.

  • Approve, edit or send back — per platform, not per post
  • Reviewer feedback attaches to the draft it is about
  • Approval digests by email or Telegram so review does not need a login
  • Turn approvals off only if you want to

The shape of it

One idea in, a week out

Three numbers that describe how Beevi actually behaves.

0
Platforms

Published to from a single approved idea — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile.

0
Native rewrites

Every post you approve is rewritten for each platform, at its own length and in its own register.

0
Posts without your say-so

Approval is on by default, and it is per platform. Nothing publishes to an account you have not connected.

For people who already live in an AI

Run it from ChatGPT or Claude

Beevi runs a Model Context Protocol server, so an assistant you already use can drive your brand directly — draft a post, plan a campaign, generate an image, check the week. It is the same tool surface the product uses itself, not a cut-down version.

  • Ask your assistant to draft next week and it lands in your planner
  • Same permissions and the same approval gate as the web app
  • Useful when your workflow already starts in a chat window

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask

What is social media automation?

Social media automation is software that takes over the repeating work of running social accounts. Most tools automate only publishing — you still write and design everything, they just post it at a set time. Beevi automates the whole chain: choosing the topic, writing the copy, designing the image, and publishing it.

What is the best AI for social media content creation?

It depends on whether you want a generator or a manager. A generator like ChatGPT or Canva makes one asset at a time from your prompt, and you stay the bottleneck. Beevi is the manager version: it holds your brand voice, decides what to post, and produces the caption, the image and the schedule together — so the output is a week of content, not a single asset.

Can it post to multiple social media platforms at once?

Yes — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (personal profile and Company Page), X, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. It does not copy-paste one caption everywhere: each platform gets its own rewrite at its own length, and each tracks its own status, so LinkedIn can publish while Instagram is still waiting on you.

Will the posts sound like AI wrote them?

They sound like your brand, because Beevi is not writing from a blank prompt. It reads your identity and tone settings, your written guidelines, and a long-term memory of things you have told it — product details, angles you reuse, phrases you never want to see. You can correct any draft and it carries the correction forward.

Do posts go out without me approving them?

Not unless you turn that on. The default is that Beevi drafts and you approve. Approval is per platform, so you can ship the LinkedIn version and send the Instagram one back for another pass. Nothing publishes on an account you have not connected.

How is this different from Hootsuite or Buffer?

Those are schedulers: excellent at putting content live at the right time, but the content has to already exist, and you are the one making it. Beevi makes it. If your bottleneck is "I never have anything to post", a scheduler does not solve it. We have written the honest side-by-sides on our comparison pages.

Does it work for a small business with no marketing team?

That is the case it was built for. Setup is a conversation rather than a configuration screen — you give it your website, it researches your brand and your competitors, and it comes back with a week of drafts to react to. Reacting to drafts is much faster than producing them.

Can I drive it from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Beevi runs a Model Context Protocol server, so an AI assistant you already use can create posts, plan campaigns, generate images and check your schedule on your behalf. It is the same tool surface the product uses internally, not a cut-down version.
