How do I connect Beevi to Muse?

If you can paste a message, you can do this.

  1. Get your Beevi API key

    In Beevi, click Connect my AI on your home screen, or open Settings → API Keys, and create a key. Copy it now: it is only shown once. A workspace key reaches one brand; an organization key reaches all of them.

  2. Ask Muse to add Beevi as a custom connector

    Open Muse in the app, at muse.ai or in WhatsApp, and send this:

    Message to Muse
    Create a custom connector called Beevi.
- It is an MCP server at https://beevi.ai/api/mcp/mcp (streamable HTTP).
- It authenticates with the header Authorization: Bearer followed by my Beevi API key. Ask me for the key in your secure credential prompt.
- Save it so every chat can use it, and send my social media requests to Beevi.

    When Muse shows its secure credential prompt, paste your API key there, never in the chat. Beevi then appears under Settings → Connectors.

  3. Give Muse its Monday job

    Send this next. Muse turns the Monday line into a scheduled task.

    You run my social media through Beevi.
- First, list my Beevi workspaces and pick the one for my business.
- Every Monday at 9am, send me the posts Beevi has ready for the week, numbered, so I can approve them.
- If the week looks thin, ask Beevi to draft a few more on this week's trends.
- When I say "approve 1, 3", approve those posts in Beevi. Beevi publishes them on schedule.
- Never approve, publish or delete anything without my OK.

  4. Keep publishing in your hands

    In Settings → Permissions, leave Connectors on Ask for some actions. Muse then asks before every approve or publish, so it drafts freely and nothing goes live without your yes.

What is Meta Muse?

Muse is Meta’s personal AI agent, announced on September 8, 2026. It carries out long-running tasks for you on its own secure cloud computer, connects to apps like Gmail, Google Workspace, Notion and Shopify, runs scheduled tasks, and asks before sensitive actions. You use it in the Muse app on iOS, Android and the Mac, at muse.ai, or in WhatsApp.

Is Muse a Facebook app?

Muse is made by Meta, Facebook’s parent company, but it is its own app. You sign in with a Meta account and don’t need Facebook or Instagram. If your Facebook, Instagram or Threads accounts share an Accounts Center with it, Muse connects them automatically.

Is Muse from Meta free?

Yes, with usage limits. Meta sells two plans for more usage: Power at $20 a month and Max at $100 a month. Beevi is billed separately and its MCP access is on every Beevi plan, including the free trial.

Can Muse post to Instagram and Facebook?

Muse for Small Business can read your Instagram professional analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts. Meta hasn’t documented Muse designing or scheduling posts on its own. With Beevi connected, Muse can have Beevi draft, design and schedule posts on the six platforms Beevi publishes to: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.

What is Muse for Small Business?

Skills and connectors Meta added to Muse on September 29, 2026 for business owners. Muse can link your Instagram analytics, Facebook Pages and ad accounts, plus tools like Canva, Shopify, Slack, Stripe and QuickBooks. Meta says nothing is published, sent or spent without your approval.

How do I add a custom connector to Muse?

Ask Muse in chat to create one. For Beevi, create an API key in Beevi, send Muse the message on this page, and paste the key when Muse shows its secure credential prompt. Muse stores it in its Secure Credentials Store. Connectors you add show up under Settings → Connectors, where you can remove them any time.

Does Muse support MCP servers?

Meta’s help pages describe custom connectors built from a service’s API details and don’t name MCP. Beevi’s API is an MCP server, so the message on this page gives Muse its URL and how to sign in, and Muse builds the connector from that.

Will Muse publish posts without asking me?

Not with this setup. The weekly message tells Muse never to approve or publish without your OK, Muse’s “Ask for some actions” setting makes it ask before every write action, and Beevi’s own approval queue still applies to anything Muse schedules.

Muse says it can’t reach Beevi. What do I check?

Check the URL ends in /api/mcp/mcp and that you pasted the whole key into Muse’s credential prompt, not the chat. The header value must be “Bearer ” followed by a key that is still active under Settings → API Keys in Beevi. If it still fails, ask Muse to delete the Beevi connector and send the message again.

Does it cost extra?

Beevi’s MCP access is on every plan, including the 7-day free trial. Posts, images and videos Muse asks for use your Beevi credits, the same as in the app. Muse itself is billed by Meta.
