1. Introduction

Beevi, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use Beevi (the "Service"). By using Beevi, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We may collect:

  • Name and contact information (such as email address)
  • Basic account information (such as login identifiers)
  • Business/brand information you provide (such as company name, niche, brand preferences)
  • Phone number

2.2 Connected Platform Data (when you connect accounts)

If you connect third-party services (such as social platforms or cloud storage providers), we may collect and store:

  • Access tokens and authentication credentials (to keep your connection active)
  • Basic profile information made available by the connected service (such as username and profile image)
  • Content you choose to create, import, schedule, or publish through Beevi
  • Publishing status and related metadata (such as scheduled times and post IDs)

2.3 Usage Data

We may collect:

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and general logs
  • App usage events (such as feature usage and error logs)
  • Cookies/local storage required for authentication and basic functionality

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Connect to platforms you authorize and perform actions you request (such as publishing posts)
  • Generate content drafts and suggestions (AI features)
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries
  • Improve reliability, performance, and user experience
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Features

Beevi provides AI-based features (such as drafting, rewriting, planning, and analysis). When you use AI features, we may process:

  • Prompts and instructions you submit
  • Brand and business context you provide
  • Content references you explicitly choose to include

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private content to train Beevi’s own AI models. Any learning that occurs (such as adapting to your brand voice or approval patterns) is limited to personalizing your individual account experience and does not affect or contribute to Beevi’s underlying shared AI models.

5. Platform-Specific Data Usage

5.1 Google User Data (if you connect Google services)

If you connect Google services (such as Google Drive or other Google APIs), our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We:

  • Request only the permissions needed to provide the features you enable
  • Use Google user data only to provide the Service functionality you requested
  • Do not use Google user data for advertising
  • Allow you to revoke access at any time through your Google account settings and/or within Beevi

5.2 LinkedIn Data (if you connect LinkedIn)

If you connect LinkedIn, we process LinkedIn data only to provide the features you enable (such as publishing content and managing posts). You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting LinkedIn from Beevi and/or via your LinkedIn settings.

5.3 Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data

If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we process Meta platform data in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Facebook Login for Business to authenticate the connection.

Permissions we request and how we use them:

  • pages_show_list — list the Facebook Pages you manage so you can choose which Page to connect to Beevi
  • pages_manage_posts — publish posts (text, images, videos) that you create or schedule in Beevi to the Page you connected
  • business_management — access the connected Page through your Meta Business Portfolio, which is how Facebook Login for Business issues the Page token
  • instagram_basic — identify the Instagram Business or Creator Account linked to your connected Page (username, profile picture, account ID)
  • instagram_content_publish — publish posts (images, videos, reels, carousels) that you create or schedule in Beevi to the Instagram Business Account you connected

What we do not do:

  • We do not read or access your personal Facebook profile, friends, direct messages, or any content outside the Page and Instagram Business Account you explicitly connect
  • We do not publish anything you did not write, schedule, or approve in Beevi
  • We do not use Meta data for advertising or to train AI models
  • We do not share Meta data with third parties beyond the service providers required to operate the Service (such as hosting and storage)

Data we store from Meta:

  • Encrypted access tokens for the connected Page and Instagram Business Account
  • The Page ID, Page name, Instagram Business Account ID, and Instagram username, so we can publish on your behalf and display the connection in your workspace
  • Publishing metadata (post IDs, scheduled times, publish status, engagement counts) for posts Beevi created

You can revoke Beevi's access at any time by disconnecting Facebook or Instagram from the Beevi Integrations page, or from your Facebook account at Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → Beevi → Remove. See Section 8 ("Data Deletion") for full deletion instructions.

5.4 TikTok Data

Our handling of TikTok user data complies with TikTok's Platform Terms of Service and Data Privacy requirements.

5.5 WhatsApp Business

If you choose to enable WhatsApp integration, Beevi uses the WhatsApp Business API to deliver service notifications and respond to your requests. We process your WhatsApp phone number, message content you send to us, and button interaction responses solely to provide this feature. ****We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising or profiling. Our use complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Messaging Policy. ****You may disable WhatsApp integration at any time through your Beevi account settings.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, AI processing, monitoring, and support tools)
  • With third-party services you connect, as required to perform actions you request (such as publishing a post)
  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect the security of the Service
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition)

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Security

Encryption in transit**:** We use HTTPS/TLS to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.

Secure storage**:** Sensitive credentials (such as access tokens) are stored using protections designed to prevent unauthorized access, and may be encrypted at rest where applicable.

Access controls: Access to systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel and is protected by authentication and least-privilege practices.

Monitoring and logging: We maintain logs and monitoring to help detect and respond to suspicious activity and service issues.

Security updates: We apply updates and patches as appropriate and work to address security issues in a timely manner.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of these ways:

1. Disconnect a connected platform (immediate, self-serve)

Open the Integrations page in Beevi, click the connected platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and click Disconnect. This removes the access token and all associated platform data from our systems immediately.

2. Delete your full Beevi account

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will:

  • Confirm receipt within 3 business days
  • Permanently delete your personal information, connected platform data, and content within 30 days
  • Send a confirmation once deletion is complete

3. Revoke from the platform's side

You can also revoke Beevi's access from within the platform's own settings (for example: Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → Beevi → Remove). When you do this, the platform notifies Beevi and we remove the related connection from our systems.

What's Retained

We may retain limited data after deletion when required for:

  • Legal and regulatory compliance (such as billing and tax records)
  • Security and fraud prevention (anonymized logs)
  • Backup integrity (data in backups is purged within 90 days)

This retained data does not include connected platform credentials or your generated content.

Other Rights

You may also:

  • Request a copy of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Disconnect connected services at any time
  • Revoke platform permissions through the third-party service's settings

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, including while your account is active. We may retain limited data for security, troubleshooting, or compliance purposes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize information where feasible.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including locations where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ by country.

11. Children’s Privacy

Beevi is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify you through the Service if changes are material.
